These are my memories, poems and stories. They are only from my point of view. They happened to me. My poems and stories were from a group of my alters at that time. These alters only exist in my memories now.
I was put on all kinds of medications to silent the raging voices. It wasn't until a therapist named Mary Jenni took me as a client in Missoula Mt that I began to understand them why they were there and how to silence them.
